We are looking for an experienced Laser Machine Operator to operate and manage laser cutting machines and ensure accurate and quality production as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor laser cutting machines.
- Set and adjust machine parameters such as cutting speed, power and gas pressure.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and cutting layouts.
- Load and unload metal sheets/materials safely.
- Ensure accurate cutting as per required dimensions and specifications.
- Inspect finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Identify and resolve basic machine and cutting issues.
- Minimize material wastage and ensure proper utilization of sheets.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Follow production schedules, quality standards and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams when required.

Requirements





- 2–4 years of relevant experience as a Laser Machine Operator.
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- Hands-on experience in operating laser cutting machines.
- Good knowledge of machine settings and cutting parameters.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier caliper and measuring tape.
- Positive understanding of production and workplace safety procedures.
- Candidates with experience in CNC Laser Cutting Machines will be preferred.
