Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Head of Analytics to lead our data strategy, advanced analytics, and business intelligence functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights that impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with overall business objectives, identifying key opportunities for leveraging data to drive growth and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence in data science and analytics.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive solutions to solve complex business problems.




- Drive the adoption of data-driven insights across all departments by collaborating closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to understand their needs and deliver impactful analytical solutions.
- Establish and maintain robust data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Champion the use of business intelligence tools and data visualization techniques to create intuitive dashboards and reports that provide transparent, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics projects, from problem definition and data acquisition to model deployment, monitoring, and performance evaluation.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data science, machine learning, and big data to continuously enhance our analytical capabilities.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
- Foster strong relationships with technology teams to ensure the necessary data infrastructure and tools are in place to support analytics initiatives.
