We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to manage the company’s complete finance and accounting operations. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, statutory compliance, audits, internal controls, and providing financial insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, billing, payroll, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and review P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, business plans, and variance analysis.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, working capital, and cash flow, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, statutory, and regulatory compliances as applicable.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors and ensure audit requirements are completed within timelines.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, accounting policies, SOPs, and risk-management processes.
- Review financial transactions,



reconciliations, ledgers, receivables, payables, and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Monitor cash flow, collections, vendor payments, and working capital to maintain healthy liquidity.
- Identify financial risks, revenue leakages, cost-control opportunities, and process inefficiencies.
- Support senior management/CFO with financial analysis, forecasting, business decisions, and strategic planning.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Drive finance process automation, ERP improvements, and reporting efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- CA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification.
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, with prior experience in a Controller / Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager role.
- Experience handling complete finance controllership, audits, compliance, budgeting, forecasting, and team management is preferred
