Job Description:

Smarthub Automation is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team in Siliguri. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in accounting and finance, and be capable of managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate books of accounts (Tally or other accounting software)
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliances
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants as required




- Support the finance team with other administrative tasks

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally preferred)
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
