Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop engaging content and manage the company's social media presence. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, creativity, and experience in content planning, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management to strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Develop creative content ideas, campaign concepts, and monthly content calendars.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, website content, and marketing copy.
- Coordinate with the Video Editor to plan and publish reels, videos, and promotional content.
- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, and marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
- Manage the company's social media accounts and ensure regular posting.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, and digital marketing best practices.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design,



and Project teams to collect project updates and create marketing content.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Multimedia, English, or a related field.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- 1–5 years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media analytics is an added advantage.
