Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries through online platforms
- Provide customers with product and order details
- Process and confirm customer orders
- Follow up on cash collections and pending payments
- Coordinate and follow up on product deliveries
- Prepare and submit daily reports
- Manage other customer relationship responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic computer and online communication knowledge
- Candidates residing near Pantheerankavu are preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
