Key Responsibilities

- Prepare CNC programs independently for nut & bolt tooling and dies.
- Operate CNC machines independently and ensure proper machine setting.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, tool drawings and specifications.
- Develop tooling as per drawing, sample and production requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds and machining parameters.
- Perform tool setting, offsets and necessary program modifications.
- Check dimensions of machined components and ensure required accuracy.
- Troubleshoot machining/programming issues and make necessary corrections.
- Coordinate with the Tool Room and Production teams for tooling requirements.
- Maintain proper quality and productivity during machining operations.

Candidate Profile





- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in tool manufacturing.
- Strong practical knowledge of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Must be capable of making programs and running the machine independently.
- Positive knowledge of nut & bolt tooling / die manufacturing will be highly preferred.
- Ability to read engineering/tool drawings and work according to specifications.
- Valuable knowledge of machining processes, tooling and cutting parameters.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
