- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of coding standards and best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business priorities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Front Office Finance, Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Robust knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to financial systems.
- Experience in managing and optimizing software performance and scalability in complex environments.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and make informed decisions that impact multiple teams.
- Familiarity with integration of front office and back office financial workflows within enterprise systems.
