Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including identification of tenders, document preparation, submission, and post-submission follow-up.

- Review and analyze tender documents, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Operations, and Technical departments) for timely collection and validation of required inputs and documents.

- Maintain updated knowledge of government and private e-procurement portals and ensure seamless participation in online tenders.

- Prepare and maintain tender trackers, bid status reports, and documentation for audit and management review.





- Identify process gaps and develop plans to streamline and optimize tender management activities.

- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness in all submissions to enhance success rates.

- Support management with market insights, competitor analysis, and bid-winning strategies.

- Ensure effective communication between the tender department and other internal teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of E-Tendering platforms (GeM, CPPP, E-procurement, etc.).

- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online tender portals.

- Solid interpersonal and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and ensure accuracy under pressure.
