As we continue to expand globally, we're looking for a passionate, target-driven, and consultative AI Education & Career Consultant to help prospective learners make informed career decisions and enroll in our AI programs.

What You'll Do

● Counsel prospective students and working professionals on AI degree programs and career pathways
● Understand learner goals and recommend the most suitable program through consultative selling
● Manage the complete admission lifecycle—from lead qualification and counseling to application support and enrollment
● Engage with warm leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings to maximize conversions
● Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide an exceptional admission experience
● Consistently achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
● Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups
● Collaborate with the marketing, admissions, and student success teams to improve lead conversion and learner experience
● Stay updated on AI industry trends, program offerings,



and competitor landscape to effectively position Saras AI Institute

What We're Looking For

✔ 4–6 years of experience in EdTech sales, admissions counseling, or education consulting
✔ Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding enrollment/sales targets
✔ Strong consultative selling, objection-handling, and negotiation skills
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Experience using CRM platforms and virtual communication tools
✔ Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment
✔ Passion for education and helping learners build successful careers in AI

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
