Job Description: Lead small-scale operational analytics projects, ensuring data accuracy and process improvements. Mentor junior analysts in data collection and analysis techniques.

Professionals in this group are expected to create recent algorithms from scratch. They work with large data sets and relational databases and have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze issues, identify causes, and recommend solutions quickly. They focus on the development of Advanced Analytics models to optimize underlying business problems. Need to posses technical skills(SQL, python, reporting tools) and US Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage.
Perform analysis to understand patterns within the data and to test, develop hypotheses about the business problem using the data
Decide on relevant variables to consider in the modelling phase
