Job Description – AM/Manager – Retail Leasing

Location: Korum Mall, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Leasing skilled responsible for driving leasing activities, maintaining an optimal tenant mix, and maximizing retail occupancy. The role involves identifying and onboarding suitable brands, managing lease negotiations, coordinating tenant fit-outs, and supporting overall mall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach retail brands for leasing opportunities within the mall.
- Conduct lease presentations, site visits, and catchment area analysis.
- Manage leasing enquiries, maintain records, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate lease documentation, MOUs, and agreements.
- Liaise with retailers, property consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the leasing process.
- Coordinate tenant fit-outs and store openings with project and operations teams.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor retail trends, and prepare leasing reports.
- Organize tenant engagement meetings and maintain strong tenant relationships.




- Track and manage revenue-sharing arrangements with applicable brands.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong network with retail brands, franchise operators, and leasing consultants.
- Good understanding of mall operations, tenant mix planning, and retail market trends.
- Ability to independently manage leasing cycles and achieve occupancy targets.
