About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, doctor visits, customer relationship management, and business development, with a primary focus on Orthopedic Doctors, Physiotherapists, Hospitals, Clinics, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to Orthopedic Doctors, Physiotherapists, Hospitals, Clinics, and Healthcare Professionals.
- Promote and explain the company's medical, surgical, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation products.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, hospitals, dealers, and distributors.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and develop new markets within the assigned territory.
- Follow up with doctors, hospitals, distributors, and other potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, applications, and benefits.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for orders, stock availability, dispatch, and payments.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, sales reports, and customer records.




- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers/distributors.
- Provide regular feedback to management regarding market opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the medical, surgical, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience dealing with Orthopedic Doctors and Physiotherapists will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of the local Indore market and surrounding areas.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with regular field travel.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a healthcare/medical sales background will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving license preferred.
