Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Privacy & Security Specialist to support Privacy-by-Design and RBAC implementation across an enterprise analytics platform using Snowflake and Tableau.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess existing privacy policies, RBAC frameworks, data classification, and access controls.
- Translate policies into executable controls across Snowflake and Tableau.
- Design and implement RBAC, Row-Level Security (RLS), data masking, tagging, and classification.
- Apply privacy controls across Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers and reporting assets.
- Define and operationalize PHI, PII, and PCI classification standards.
- Review and enhance existing RBAC frameworks and extend controls across dashboards, personas, and data domains.




- Create reusable SOPs, playbooks, and governance artifacts.
- Collaborate with business, technical, data, and privacy stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 6+ years in Data Privacy / Data Security / Governance.
- Solid experience with Snowflake security and RBAC.
- Experience with Tableau security and persona-based access.
- Hands-on knowledge of RLS, column-level masking, data tagging, and classification.
- Solid understanding of PHI/PII/PCI data protection.
- Experience working with data engineering and analytics teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
