About ReachX

ReachX is a MediaTech startup that empowers brands to strengthen their market positioning and drive measurable sales growth through innovative media, advertising, merchandising, and marketing solutions.

We are looking for a hands-on intern to help the ReachX team experiment with the product from an end-user perspective and evaluate new hardware and technologies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys trying things out, finding problems, and working directly with hardware and software.

Responsibilities

- Test the reachX application as an end user and identify usability issues, bugs, and unexpected behaviour.
- Perform structured trials of new features, workflows, and application scenarios.
- Experiment with new hardware such as cameras, GPS devices, sensors, and networking equipment.
- Set up, configure, connect, and troubleshoot hardware in real-world test environments.
- Document test results, observations, issues, and recommendations.




- Support the engineering team with practical experiments and proof-of-concept trials.
- Curious, hands-on, and willing to experiment and learn by doing.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Comfortable working with computers, basic networking, and hardware devices.
- Ability to independently try different approaches and clearly document findings.
- Basic understanding of web applications is a plus.
- Willingness to work from the Pune office is essential.

Someone who is practical, curious, technically inclined, and not afraid to get their hands dirty—whether that means testing an application, configuring a device, connecting hardware, or figuring out why something isn't working.
