We're Hiring – Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Locations: Delhi

Industry: Bath Accessories | Kitchen Sinks | Bathroom Vanities

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territory.

Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.

Build robust relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and project consultants.

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Ensure secondary sales growth through the dealer network.

Conduct dealer meets, product presentations, and promotional activities.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:





Graduate in any discipline.

4–8 years of relevant sales experience in Bath Accessories, Kitchen Sinks, Bathroom Vanities, Sanitaryware, or Faucets.

Strong dealer/distributor network in the respective territory.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and willing to travel extensively.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:

- total work: 4 years (Preferred)
- Modern Trade: 4 years (Preferred)
