Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our EmployAbility team. The individual will support end-to-end recruitment activities, build candidate pipelines, coordinate with employers, and contribute to inclusive hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about recruitment, relationship building, and creating social impact.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Sourcing & Recruitment
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, educational institutions, NGOs, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
- Assess candidate suitability based on job requirements and employer expectations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Candidate Engagement
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Guide candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation, assessments, and onboarding requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-ups.
- Address candidate queries and provide necessary support during the recruitment process.
Employer Coordination
- Coordinate with employers to understand hiring requirements and job descriptions.
- Share suitable candidate profiles based on employer requirements.
- Schedule interviews and track interview feedback.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities,
and onboarding support.
- Maintain strong relationships with employer partners and internal stakeholders.
Inclusive Hiring & Partnerships
- Support recruitment initiatives focused on Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
- Coordinate with NGOs, training institutes, colleges, and community organizations to source candidates.
- Assist in organizing recruitment drives, job fairs, virtual hiring events, and placement activities.
- Support accessibility arrangements during interviews and recruitment processes whenever required.
- Experience in disability hiring or working with Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) will be an added advantage.
Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain and update candidate records, interview trackers, and recruitment databases.
- Ensure candidate information and recruitment documents are accurate and up to date.
- Support the preparation of recruitment updates, hiring reports, and internal documentation as required.
- Maintain recruitment-related data and assist the team in tracking hiring progress.
- Perform other recruitment coordination and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the EmployAbility, Program, and Partnerships teams to understand hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with external partners for recruitment and placement activities.
- Support employer engagement initiatives whenever required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, Commerce, Management, or any related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or Staffing.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in recruitment are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate screening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
- Exposure to campus hiring, volume hiring, or recruitment coordination.
- Experience in disability hiring, diversity hiring, or working with Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive hiring practices will be an added advantage.
- Ability to communicate in multiple Indian languages is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
