We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, data processing, and MLOps, with the ability to build scalable AI applications for real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build and optimize AI solutions for prediction, classification, recommendation, and NLP use cases.
- Develop data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
- Deploy and monitor ML models in production environments.
- Improve model performance through experimentation, feature engineering, and hyperparameter tuning.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, monitoring, and CI/CD.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Experience with machine learning, deep learning, NLP,



and computer vision.
- Knowledge of SQL and data processing frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and Spark.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and ML deployment pipelines.
- Experience with REST APIs and model integration.
- Strong understanding of statistics, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain, or AI agents.
- Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.
- Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
