Echor Hotels & Resorts is a growing boutique hotel chain with 24+ properties across North India. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Reservation Agent – Sales to join our team and contribute to our sales and reservations operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to hotel reservations.
- Assist guests and travel agents with booking inquiries and reservations.
- Promote hotel properties and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Provide accurate information regarding room availability, rates, packages, and hotel services.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth reservation processes.
- Follow up on booking inquiries and pending confirmations.
- Maintain reservation records and update booking details accurately.
- Achieve assigned sales and booking targets.
- Handle and resolve guest queries in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:-

- 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, travel sales, hospitality, or a similar role.




- Good communication and sales skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries over phone and email.
- Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

- Experience in hotel reservations, hospitality sales, or the travel industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
