Diploma Engineer Trainee / ITI Trainee

Department: Maintenance / Production / Other Plant Departments

Qualification

- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / EEE / ECE / related engineering discipline.
- ITI in Fitter / Electrician / Welder / relevant trade.
- Freshers are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the team in daily plant activities.
- Support maintenance and production activities as assigned.
- Assist in operating and handling machines and equipment.
- Check machines and equipment and report any problems.
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Assist technicians, engineers and supervisors in their work.
- Follow work instructions and safety rules.
- Maintain cleanliness and positive housekeeping in the work area.
- Use tools and equipment safely and properly.
- Maintain basic records related to daily work.




- Work with different departments whenever required.
- Learn about plant operations, machines and processes.
- Complete tasks given by the supervisor on time.

Skills Required

- Basic technical knowledge related to their qualification.
- Willingness to learn and work in a plant environment.
- Good teamwork and communication.
- Basic problem-solving ability.
- Safety-conscious and disciplined.
