At On Spot Energy, we’re building a consumer brand around portable energy — and we want someone who can help make our content impossible to ignore.

We’re looking for a creative, trend-driven Content & Social Media Manager who understands what works on Instagram today and can turn ideas into content.

What you’ll own:

- Instagram & Facebook
- Reels & short-form video
- Content strategy & calendar
- Trend research & execution
- UGC & customer stories
- Influencer discovery & collaborations
- Founder-led content
- Product storytelling
- Campaign content
- Community engagement
- You should be someone who:
- Understands social media beyond just posting
- Constantly follows new content & Reel trends
- Can turn an idea into an actual shoot
- Has a strong sense of storytelling




- Can shoot / coordinate / edit short-form content
- Is comfortable experimenting with new formats
- Has 2–4 years of relevant experience

We’re not looking for someone to “manage Instagram.”

We’re looking for someone who wants to build the voice, personality & content culture of a growing D2C brand.
