OXYGEN PLANT TECHNICIAN Job Location: Dhaula Kuan, New Delhi

Position: Oxygen Plant Technician

Employment Type: Full time

- Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor the PSA Medical Oxygen Plant and associated equipment.
- Carry out daily inspection of compressors, air dryers, filters, oxygen generator, oxygen analyzer, valves, pressure gauges and pipelines.
- Monitor oxygen purity, pressure, temperature and plant performance and maintain daily log sheets.
- Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance of the oxygen plant.
- Identify faults and carry out basic electrical, mechanical and instrumentation troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper functioning of alarms, control panels, sensors, safety valves and other plant equipment.
- Immediately report major faults, abnormal pressure/purity readings, leakage or safety issues to the concerned engineer/supervisor.
- Coordinate with the OEM/service engineer during major breakdowns and preventive maintenance.




- Maintain records of maintenance, breakdowns, spare parts and daily plant operating parameters.
- Follow all applicable oxygen plant safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Basic knowledge of electrical panels, motors, compressors, valves, pressure gauges and control systems.
- Ability to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
- Good discipline, responsibility and safety awareness.
- Candidate Qualification
- 12th or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, Fitter, Instrumentation, RAC or related technical trade.
- Basic knowledge of electrical panels, motors, compressors, valves, pressure gauges and control systems.
