About the Role :

As an Associate – Talent Acquisition, you will own end-to-end hiring across Varsity, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, and recruitment operations. You will manage multiple hiring requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, plan hiring needs, and ensure timely execution of hiring plans. The role also involves working closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to align priorities and drive successful hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities:

- Own sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection across different Varsity roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through multiple sourcing channels.
- Plan hiring requirements and translate business needs into clear recruitment actions and timelines.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, align priorities,



and close positions efficiently.
- Manage recruitment operations, trackers, funnel movement, and hiring MIS.
- Lead and coordinate the recruitment team, define priorities, and drive productivity and delivery.
- Identify hiring bottlenecks and improve recruitment processes.
- Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

- Experience across sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.
- Good team management and people coordination skills.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in EdTech is preferred.
- Experience with BDA / Sales hiring will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
