We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our clinic's team. As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential patients to schedule appointments, provide information about our clinic's services, and assist with any inquiries they may have.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to existing and potential patients to schedule appointments.

2. Provide information about clinic services, promotions, and special offers.

3. Handle patient inquiries and provide appropriate assistance and support.

4. Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments scheduled.

5. Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and encourage future appointments.

6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth patient communication and scheduling processes.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
