We are building the founding team for the India office of a multi-vertical AI agent business. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own the complete marketing operation, including strategy, channel growth, team leadership, lead generation, budgets, P&L;, and revenue.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can operate independently, build systems from the ground up, and use AI as an integral part of their day-to-day marketing workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute quarterly marketing strategies and channel plans.
- Own the marketing P&L;, revenue, costs, budgets, and unit economics.
- Manage the Video, SEO/Organic, and Social marketing functions.
- Lead, coach, and develop 3 senior marketing leads and junior marketers.
- Drive multi-channel content and distribution strategies.




- Own the complete lead-generation and marketing funnel.
- Monitor channel performance and make data-driven budget decisions.
- Present weekly marketing and P&L; performance to the founder.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, efficiency, and scalability.
- Maintain solid account safety, compliance, and risk-management practices.
- Work closely with Engineering to build and deploy an internal AI-powered CMO platform.
- Establish AI-native workflows to improve marketing productivity and output.

Pay: ₹960,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
