Plan and execute merchandise assortments according to customer preferences and market trends.

Coordinate with designers, vendors and production teams for new collections and product development.

Assist in developing collections, colour stories, fabric selections and design directions.

Monitor fashion and ethnic-wear trends to identify new opportunities.

Analyse sales and customer preferences to improve merchandise selection.

Ensure the right products, sizes, colours and styles are available on the sales floor.

Plan and maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising.

Coordinate with the store team regarding product movement, new arrivals and collection launches.

Monitor inventory and identify quick-moving and slow-moving merchandise.

Support buying/selection decisions based on sales data and customer demand.

Maintain a premium and cohesive visual identity across the store.

Requirements

Relevant experience in fashion merchandising,



designer wear, ethnic wear or premium/luxury apparel is essential.

Strong understanding of Indian women’s ethnic fashion.

Good knowledge of fabrics, embroidery, colours, silhouettes and garment detailing.

Strong fashion sense and an excellent eye for presentation.

Ability to understand customer preferences and translate them into merchandise decisions.

Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.

Creative, detail-oriented and commercially aware.

Experience working with premium/luxury fashion brands or multi-designer stores will be an advantage.

We are looking for someone who understands both the creative and commercial side of luxury ethnic fashion.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
