Key Responsibilities

- Partner with managers and teams on employee relations and HR matters.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, engagement, performance, and exit.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace concerns effectively.
- Monitor attendance, leave, discipline, and HR policy compliance.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports on attrition, attendance, and employee performance.
- Conduct regular employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.
- Work closely with recruitment and business teams to understand workforce requirements.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Support management in improving employee retention and overall employee experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
