Job description:

Position: Senior Sales Head

Department: Sales

Location: Malappuram, Kerala

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales.
- Solid experience in both Direct Sales and Indirect Sales.
- Experience in sales team management and target achievement is required.
- Strong knowledge of the Malappuram and Kerala markets.

Responsibilities

- Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Monitor employees and ensure achievement of their sales targets.
- Set and follow up on individual and team targets.
- Achieve personal sales targets.
- Manage both Direct Sales and Indirect Sales activities.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions when required.
- Maintain strong customer and dealer/distributor relationships.




- Prepare and report sales performance to management.

Qualification

- B.Sc. in Mathematics / Statistics preferred.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of Direct and Indirect Sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Malappuram and Kerala markets.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team
