Chrysalis High, Begur Koppa Road is looking for a dedicated Pre-Primary Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong foundational teaching skills, excellent classroom management, and a genuine interest in nurturing young learners in a warm, protected, and engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, play-based activities, and sensory learning experiences.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assess, track, and monitor individual student progress, developmental milestones, and behavioral growth regularly.
- Guide young children in developing basic literacy, numeracy, fine motor skills, and good habits.
- Foster positive relationships with students,



parents, and colleagues.
- Support in preparing teaching aids, displays, and other learning resources.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior with empathy and positive reinforcement.

Requirements

- NTT/Mont./ECCE/B.Ed is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Early Childhood Development preferred).
- Exceptional patience, strong communication, and creative classroom management skills.
- Prior experience working with preschool or kindergarten preferred.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm for early childhood education.
