Streamline Global is building a specialized U.S. title and mortgage outsourcing practice, supporting title companies, lenders and real-estate businesses with reliable, process-driven back-office operations. We are looking for an experienced U.S. Title Search / Title Examination SME who can help us build this vertical from the ground up and become the subject-matter expert for our operations and clients.

Role Overview

This is not a routine processing position. The successful candidate will combine deep U.S. title expertise with process ownership, quality control, training and client-facing support. You will help define what Streamline sells, how we deliver it, how quality is measured and how our team supports U.S. title clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Title Operations & Subject-Matter Expertise
- Provide expert guidance on U.S. title search and title examination processes.
- Perform and review title searches including Current Owner Search, Two-Owner Search, Full Search / Chain of Title and Bring-Down / Update searches.
- Review deeds, mortgages, assignments, releases, liens, judgments, taxes, easements, restrictions and other recorded documents.
- Identify potential title defects, exceptions and issues requiring escalation to the client’s title professionals.
- Help establish best practices for title research, documentation and file organization.

Process & SOP Development

- Design Streamline’s end-to-end title search workflow from order intake through quality-controlled delivery.
- Create detailed SOPs, checklists, QC procedures, escalation matrices and production standards.
- Define turnaround times,



productivity expectations and quality benchmarks in consultation with management and clients.
- Help establish service scope, deliverables and pricing models.
- Develop training material and certification-style assessments for title search processors.

Client & Business Development Support

- Participate in discovery and technical calls with U.S. title companies, lenders, mortgage organizations and related clients.
- Explain Streamline’s title services, workflow, quality controls and operational capabilities clearly to U.S. stakeholders.
- Understand client-specific workflows and translate them into operational requirements.
- Support proposals, onboarding plans, pilot programs and technical responses to client questions.
- Act as the internal escalation point for title-domain questions raised by sales and operations teams.

Quality Control & Continuous Improvement

- Build first-level and second-level review procedures for title production work.
- Audit completed files for accuracy, completeness and adherence to client-specific requirements.
- Track recurring errors and implement corrective training and process improvements.
- Help establish measurable quality KPIs and reporting for title operations.

Technology & Workflow

- Work with title production platforms and public-record research tools used in U.S. title operations.




- Qualia experience is strongly preferred; experience with DataTrace, PropertyShark, Netronline, county recorder systems, GIS and similar tools is an advantage.
- Help evaluate workflow automation and technology opportunities for Streamline’s title operations.
- Help define practical requirements for secure document handling, access controls and data retention.

Required Experience & Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on U.S. title search / title examination experience.
- Strong experience with U.S. real estate and public-record title research.
- Experience independently handling title searches rather than only performing entry-level data processing.
- Strong understanding of Current Owner, Two-Owner and Full Chain searches.
- Experience reviewing liens, judgments, mortgages, deeds, taxes, easements, releases and other encumbrances.
- Solid understanding of title production workflows and escalation practices.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹572,257.54 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
