- Perform initial clinical assessment and record vital signs and relevant history.
- Identify emergency and critical conditions and initiate appropriate management.
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care within the scope of practice.
- Inform the concerned consultant regarding significant clinical findings.
- Follow consultant instructions and ensure timely implementation of treatment plans.
- Monitor admitted patients and report any change in clinical condition promptly.
- Conduct regular ward rounds as assigned.
- Review investigation reports and communicate clinically significant findings to the consultant.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records.
- Prepare admission notes, progress notes, discharge summaries and other required documentation.
- Ensure proper medication orders and follow-up of investigations.
- Coordinate with nursing staff regarding patient care and treatment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
