Job Title: Valet / Valet Parking Attendant

Job Summary

The Valet is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and efficient vehicle parking and retrieval services to restaurant guests. The role requires excellent customer service, safe vehicle handling, positive communication skills, and a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide valet parking assistance.
- Receive, park, secure, and retrieve guest vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Issue and maintain valet parking tickets/receipts accurately.
- Ensure vehicles are parked only in designated and authorized areas.
- Handle vehicle keys securely and maintain proper key records.
- Conduct a quick visual check of the vehicle before accepting it and report any existing damage or concerns.
- Retrieve vehicles promptly when guests are ready to leave.
- Assist guests with opening/closing vehicle doors and loading or unloading luggage when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet parking area.
- Coordinate with security, restaurant staff,



and parking management for smooth vehicle movement.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures related to vehicle handling and guest service.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally and escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
- Ensure proper handover of keys and pending vehicles at shift changes.
- Maintain professional grooming and courteous behavior at all times.

Requirements

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Valet, Driver, Parking Attendant, or similar role, preferably in a hotel, restaurant, club, or premium hospitality environment.
- Valid driving licence.
- Strong driving skills and knowledge of automatic and manual vehicles.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and physically fit.
- Knowledge of Mumbai roads and local areas will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
