Job Title: Sales Executive – Field Sales

Location: Phagwara, Punjab

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients, achieving individual sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits and networking.

Meet potential customers and explain company products/services.

Achieve assigned individual sales targets.

Convert leads into successful sales.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Conduct market surveys and identify new business opportunities.

Submit daily sales reports and update management on progress.

Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills





Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to achieve individual sales targets.

Lead generation and field sales experience.

Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Eligibility

Graduate or Undergraduate.

0–1 years of experience in field sales

Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
