Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, target-driven Business Development Executive with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in EdTech inside sales. You will be responsible for counseling prospective candidates, converting leads into active enrollments, and managing sales pipelines within our CRM.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students and professionals to align training programs with their career goals.
- Drive end-to-end inside sales operations to meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue KPIs.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of sales activities, leads,



and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and provide seamless post-sales support.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2 to 4 years strictly in EdTech Inside Sales / Telesales / Academic Counseling (Mandatory).
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a Maximum of 20 Days (Mandatory).
- Languages:
- English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).
- Malayalam: Primary regional preference (First Priority).
- Other South Indian Languages: Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada is a strong advantage.
- Strong closing, negotiation, and lead pipeline management skills.
