Role Description

● Machine Assembly & Fitting: Assemble and fit mechanical and electrical

components of farming machinery according to technical drawings and

specifications.

● Wiring & Testing: Perform wiring tasks and assist in the testing of machines

to ensure functionality and safety.

● SOP & Safety Compliance: Follow standard operating procedures and adhere

to industrial safety standards to maintain a safe working setting.

● Documentation: Maintain accurate daily work sheets detailing completed

tasks and observations.

● Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure

efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: 12th Pass OR ITI (Preferred)

Experience: 3 years of experience of Mechanical/ Electrical Assembly





Based on candidate’s assembly experience type:

● Mechanical: Must have experience in assembly of Gearbox, Chassis etc. Basic

understanding of Assembly tools, Hands on experience in fitting, drilling and

grinding.

● Electrical: Must have experience in assembly of Electrical components like

Motor, Controller etc. Basic understanding of electrical components and

wiring. Hands-on experience in wiring harness preparation, including

crimping and soldering.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
