Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store In-Charge / Inventory In-Charge to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory control, stock movement, and documentation.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of stock handling, inventory management, physical stock verification, reconciliation, and store documentation. Candidates with experience in jewellery, retail, showroom, or similar inventory operations will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.

Receive, verify, count, and record incoming stock.

Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.

Monitor stock movement, transfers, issues, and returns.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of inventory.

Maintain proper inward and outward stock documentation.

Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, and other internal teams for stock requirements.

Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, damages, or excess inventory.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory reports as required.





Maintain proper documentation for all stock transactions.

Ensure the store is organized and follows company procedures and safety standards.

Support management during stock audits and verification activities.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.

Valuable understanding of inward, outward, transfer, and stock reconciliation processes.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

Ability to handle stock responsibly and maintain confidentiality.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following sectors will be preferred:

Candidate Profile

Experience: 3–5 years in Store / Inventory / Stock Management

Must be responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Candidates with solid hands-on experience in stock handling and inventory management are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
