About the Role

Goldsikka Limited is looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to drive end-to-end talent acquisition across a fast-growing, multi-entity group spanning bullion, fintech, digital platforms, Real estate, and the Global Gold City project. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer closure — across a wide mix of roles, from technical and product positions to leadership and business-development hires.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions across departments — sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer management
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels; build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video screening interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process
- Draft and share job descriptions with shortlisted candidates and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records/trackers, and provide regular hiring status updates
- Follow up with shortlisted and offered candidates to drive closures and reduce drop-offs
- Support employer branding efforts, including job postings and recruitment marketing on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements,



and refine job descriptions as needed
- Support onboarding coordination for new joiners in collaboration with the Admin/HR team
- Assist in building recruitment processes and improving overall hiring turnaround time

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, preferably across mixed technical and non-technical roles
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), and other channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Comfortable working with recruitment trackers/spreadsheets and basic HR tools
- Self-driven, with a sense of urgency and ownership over hiring targets

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience recruiting for IT/ (Non-IT) roles (developers, testers, etc.) alongside business roles.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling, multi-entity organization.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools.
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring as well as niche/leadership hiring.
