Business Development Executive – Commission Based

Hoftrix Technologies is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us acquire new clients for our web development and digital marketing services.

Role: Business Development / Lead Generation
Compensation: Commission-Based
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Responsibilities:

- Generate and identify potential clients
- Reach out to businesses through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email, etc.
- Understand client requirements
- Introduce Hoftrix's website development, SEO and digital marketing services
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients
- Maintain client relationships and follow up with prospects

Commission Structure:
This is a pure commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary. The BDE will earn commission on successfully converted clients.





Ideal Candidate:

- Good communication skills
- Confident in client communication and sales
- Basic understanding of websites/digital marketing is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Previous B2B sales/business development experience is preferred but not mandatory
