Initial 6 Policies – Complete Support Provided

To become eligible for the fixed salary structure, the candidate needs to complete 6 policies initially.

Don't worry if you don't have previous insurance sales experience.

Our dedicated backend team provides complete support, including:

- Product & sales training

- Calling & follow-up guidance
- Policy proposal assistance
- Documentation support
- Regular performance guidance
- Sales conversion support





The objective is to help you successfully complete your initial 6 policies and move toward the fixed salary + incentive earning structure.

Mandatory Insurance Advisor Examination

Candidates are required to clear the prescribed insurance advisor examination conducted through the Insurance Institute of India (III) / applicable examination process before becoming an authorized insurance advisor.

Examination Fee: ₹1,500

The examination fee of ₹1,500 is deposited with Axis Max Life as per the applicable process.

If the candidate successfully clears the examination, the applicable ₹1,500 examination fee is refunded to the candidate, subject to company/examination terms.
