Experience: 2–5 years in diagnostic laboratories, healthcare quality, or internal auditing

Job Summary

We are looking for a Diagnostics Internal Auditor to conduct systematic internal audits across diagnostic laboratory operations and support compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational procedures.

The role will identify gaps, assess risks, verify compliance, and work with laboratory teams to implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct internal audits across laboratory and diagnostic processes.
- Audit pre-analytical, analytical,



and post-analytical processes.
- Stock audits
- Assess compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review sample collection, identification, transportation, processing, testing, reporting, and record management.
- Evaluate equipment maintenance, calibration, quality control, and reagent management.
- Review internal QC, EQA/PT performance, non-conformities, complaints, incidents, and corrective actions.
- Verify implementation and effectiveness of CAPA.
