Job Title: Telecaller – Outbound Outreach

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to make outbound calls to prospective participants and introduce them to a professional nomination and recognition opportunity.

The role involves explaining the nomination process, identifying interested prospects and following up with them to complete their submissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls using the database provided.
- Introduce the nomination opportunity and explain the process clearly.
- Encourage eligible prospects to submit their nominations.
- Follow up with interested contacts through phone calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses and follow-up requirements.
- Share nomination forms and relevant information with prospects.
- Respond professionally to basic questions and escalate complex queries when required.
- Work towards daily and weekly calling and conversion targets.




- Regularly update the outreach tracker or CRM.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outgoing calls.
- Confident, polite and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow up consistently and maintain accurate records.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and comfortable working with targets.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service or lead generation would be an advantage but is not compulsory.
