Hiring - Customer Service Executive
We are the No.1 go-karting track across Mumbai and are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Customer Service Executive.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
. Welcome customers and provide a memorable experience.
Assist with bookings, ticketing, and billing.
. Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
. Guide customers about activities, offers, and safety procedures.
. Coordinate with the operations team for smooth customer flow.
. Maintain a friendly, positive, and qualified attitude at all times.
Education: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Freshers can apply
Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
Salary: 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA
Location: Virar / Naigaon
Shifts - 2:00 to 11:00 pm & 7:00 pm to 3:00am
