Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Experience: 7–8 years mandatory
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify business opportunities, generate leads, and successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- Manage and regularly update CRM software with accurate customer and sales information.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure timely conversions and continued engagement.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries, concerns, and service-related issues professionally.
- Collect, monitor, and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and service operations.
- Monitor sales performance and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service.
- Proven experience in sales and deal closure.
- Mandatory experience in customer service/service operations.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM systems and customer relationship management.
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving business results.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
- Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships are highly preferred.
