Job Description: We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of the Lloyd's of London Insurance Market and hands-on experience in Premium Booking and Endorsement Processing . The candidate will be responsible for accurate premium processing, interpreting insurance documentation, and supporting team knowledge calibration and audit activities.

- Responsibilities: Strong experience in UK Lloyd's / London Market Insurance operations.
- Extensive knowledge of Unallocated Cash Investigation, Cash Matching, Reconciliation, and Credit Control processes .
- Ability to independently handle complex investigations and ageing cash items.
- Experience in team support, query resolution, and SME responsibilities.
- Proven experience in cross-training, knowledge transfer, and mentoring team members .
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Experience with London Market systems and insurance operations.

Qualifications: Graduation

London market certification candidate will be preferred
