Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Domestic IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the Indian IT market. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, positive knowledge of IT technologies, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various skill sets and experience levels.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical requirements and source candidates matching the required skills and experience.
- Screen candidates through initial HR/telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and selection process.
- Manage offer negotiation, joining formalities, and candidate onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
- Work closely with the business development and recruitment teams to understand client requirements.




- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and pipeline reports.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Strong experience in sourcing candidates for technical IT positions.
- Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, React, Angular, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Testing, Data Engineering, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Preferred

- Experience working with IT staffing / recruitment consultancy / RPO.
- Experience handling contract, permanent, and C2H requirements.
- Knowledge of current IT hiring trends and salary structures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
