We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Resident Medical Officer (RMO) for Shivaay Hospital Korba Chhattisgarh to provide round-the-clock clinical support, patient care, monitoring, and coordination with consultants and nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

Attend and assess patients admitted in ICU, HDU, General ward, Private ward, emergency and other clinical areas.

Conduct regular patient rounds and monitor patients' clinical condition.

Take patient history and perform clinical examinations as required.

Prepare and maintain accurate patient medical records and clinical documentation.

Implement treatment plans as advised by consultants.

Monitor vital signs, investigations, medication and overall patient progress.

Attend emergency cases promptly and provide initial medical management.

Coordinate with consultants regarding changes in patient condition and treatment.

Ensure timely review of investigation reports and inform the concerned consultant.

Coordinate effectively with nursing staff and other departments.

Assist in admission, discharge and transfer procedures.





Ensure proper documentation of discharge summaries, progress notes and treatment records.

Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices, patient safety standards guidelines.

Maintain professional communication with patients, attendants, doctors and hospital staff.

Report any critical incident, deterioration or medical emergency immediately to the concerned senior/consultant.

Participate in duty handover and ensure proper communication between shifts.

Perform any other clinical responsibilities assigned by the hospital management or senior doctors.

Eligibility -

- MBBS/BAMS/BHMS from a recognized medical college/university.
- Valid registration with the State Medical Council / National Medical Commission.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Positive clinical knowledge, communication skills and patient-handling skills.

Salary will negotiable

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
