We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Inventory Controller to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient stock management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Monitor and manage live inventory across warehouses, stores, and operational locations

✔ Track stock movement including sales, returns, transfers, adjustments, and production consumption

✔ Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure real-time stock updates

✔ Prepare inventory ageing reports and identify slow-moving and dead stock

✔ Conduct regular stock audits, physical verification, and stock reconciliation

✔ Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, E-commerce, Retail, and Operations teams

✔ Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions

✔ Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Excel

✔ Ensure proper documentation of stock inward, outward, and transfers

✔ Support inventory planning and stock optimization initiatives

Requirements





✅ 2–5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Stock Control

✅ Strong knowledge of Inventory Ageing, Stock Reconciliation, Stock Audits, and Inventory Reporting

✅ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis)

✅ Experience working with ERP or Inventory Management Systems

✅ Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities

✅ High attention to detail, ownership, and accountability
