Licksters – Shop Staff / Counter Staff

We are looking for a sincere, active and customer-friendly person to work at our Licksters ice cream & popsicle shop.

This is a basic shop operations role. We are not looking for a highly qualified or highly experienced Captain/Supervisor.

Your Main Work

- Serve Licksters popsicles and ice creams to customers.
- Take customer orders politely.
- Prepare basic ice cream servings such as scoops, cups and simple combinations.
- Handle billing and operate the POS/billing system.
- Receive cash/UPI payments and maintain basic cash discipline.
- Keep the counter, freezer and display area neat and clean.
- Check basic stock and inform management when products are running low.
- Follow Licksters serving, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Help with shop cleaning on Sundays and when required.
- Open/close the counter as per assigned shift and follow shop timings.
- Treat every customer politely and maintain a positive attitude.

Freshers are welcome. Experience is NOT compulsory.

- Neat and clean in appearance
- Comfortable standing and working during shop hours





Hindi / Gujarati communication is preferred. Basic English is an advantage.

Experience

- Fresher: Can apply
- 0–2 years experience: Welcome
- Experience in ice cream parlour, café, QSR, bakery or retail counter is an advantage, but not compulsory.

This is a hands-on shop staff position, not a management-level Captain/Supervisor position.

The selected person will be expected to serve customers, prepare basic ice cream items, handle billing, maintain the counter and help keep the shop clean.

You do not need an MBA, advanced qualifications or many years of experience.

Working Requirements

- Shift work may be required.
- Weekend and holiday work is part of the job.
- Sundays may include additional shop-cleaning duties.
- The person should be comfortable working in a busy customer-facing environment.

Salary & Growth

Salary: Based on suitability and experience.

Positive performers can get incentives, salary growth and additional responsibilities over time.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
