Qualification : B.tech/M.tech, BSc.(Physics/Maths/Chemistry)/MSc.(Physics/Maths/Chemistry).

Note : Candidates should be willing to provide a minimum 2-year commitment with the organization.

Skills required :

Ideal Candidate should have:

1. Excellent communication (written & conversational) skills in English.

2. Must be able to prioritize works and willing to work under pressure.

3. Should have good analytical & reasoning skills.

4. Good client management skills.

5. Must be ready to work in Night shift occasionally

6. Must be ready to work on holidays as per the client’s requirement. Compensatory off

will be provided

7. Must be willing to travel pan India or abroad as per the client geography if a need arises.

Job Role:



The individual will be the intermediary layer between the company and customers to understand the business requirements and to analyse the requirements to see how those can be met by using company's Project Management Product.

Job Responsibilities:

 Receive support calls and provide procedural help

 Creation and Maintenance of support logs.

Understand site specific requirements from sites which are handed over to support. Create

RS/Sprint for such requirements and manage release of necessary builds.

 Assist site team in project assignments.

 Create MIS Reports.

 Provide functional input for current configuration or functional clarifications.

 Build Customer relationship and aim at customer satisfaction.

 Travel to client site (India or overseas) based on project requirements.
