About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Intern to help build and execute Instagram content for our perfume brand. This role is ideal for someone who loves beauty, fragrance, fashion, visual storytelling, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning the brand’s Instagram content calendar.
- Research trending Instagram Reels, formats, sounds, and content ideas.
- Plan and coordinate content shoots, including shot lists, props, references, locations, and moodboards.
- Assist during photoshoots and video shoots to ensure planned content is captured.
- Develop creative concepts for Reels, Stories, posts, product shoots, and campaign content.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, models, makeup artists, and other shoot teams.
- Help organize and manage content after shoots for posting.
- Create behind-the-scenes and day-to-day social content.
- Keep up with current beauty, perfume, fashion, and lifestyle trends.
- Assist with Instagram scheduling and publishing.
- Track content performance and identify ideas for improving engagement.





What We’re Looking For

- Strong interest in Instagram, content creation, beauty, fashion, and fragrances.
- Creative eye and good understanding of aesthetics.
- Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, and current trends.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Comfortable being on set and coordinating with different people.
- Ability to turn ideas and references into practical shoot concepts.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content tools is a plus.
- Prior experience managing a personal, college, or brand Instagram account is a plus.

Someone who is creative, proactive, trend-aware, organized, and excited about building a premium fragrance brand on social media.
